Description

Coreopsis 'Ruby Frost' (PP21758) is a Coreopsis hybrid cultivar introduced by Terra Nova Nurseries, with large, deep ruby-red flowers. Its characteristic features are the clearly contrasting, irregular frosty-white edge of the ray florets and the golden-yellow centre.

The cultivar forms clumps to broad cushions and flowers from summer into autumn. For reliable overwintering, a sunny position with very well-drained soil is especially important; winter wetness should be avoided.
