Description

Fuchsia 'Galadriel' is a compact, upright-growing outdoor fuchsia with an unusual two-tone colour. It is characterised by cream-white to very pale pink tubes and sepals with a strong red corolla, which can darken to wine-red as the flowers age. The previous description of a violet-purple corolla was not correct for this cultivar.

The single, pendulous flowers appear over a long period from summer until frost. In a sheltered position the plant may die back above ground in winter and resprout in spring; a protective mulch layer is advisable in harsher locations.
